You can avail of unlimited revisions to ensure that assignments are as per your instructions but, if you choose to add new instructions, we will consider it as new work, and you may have to make a separate payment for it.

For making sure that our users never face any awkward experiences with us, we offer refunds and cancellations of orders for essay paper writing services if we violate any of our commitments.

Refund policies for cancellation of orders

The amount refundable to the users for online academic writing services may vary from 0% to 100% depending on the below situations:-

 Full refund for cancellation

We provide full refunds for the payments made for assignments if any of the below conditions are satisfied:-

• If there is any duplicate transaction against the same order, you are entitled to a 100% refund.
• If you notice any plagiarized work from professional essay writers and our investigations find it true, we will provide you full refunds.
• When you request a cancellation before our academic research writers starts with the assignment by providing timely communication about the same.
• If we fail to arrange a writer for essay or research paper academic writing services, we will refund the whole amount immediately.

 Partial Refunds upon cancellation

We will offer only partial refunds in the scenario where our writers had started working on the project already. Below are the terms for partial refunds to users:-

• If you choose to cancel the order after half of the deadline is passed, then you will be entitled to refunds ranging from 0% to 50%
• If we assign a writer for essay, resume or dissertation writing help and you choose to cancel the order, you will be entitled to refunds ranging from 75% to 100%.

No Refunds upon cancellation

We do not guarantee grades from our work as the assignments that our research paper writers deliver are only drafts prepared by our writers, and you need to check them before submitting them. We urge that you should not submit the assignments directly after receiving them from our writers. In the following cases, we do not provide any refunds:-

• If the work we deliver qualifies all the requirements that you provide while requesting the assignments.
• The policies mentioned for partial or full refunds do not apply to revision deadlines.
• Projects involving proofreading, formatting, and editing of the content are not entitled to refunds.

Our refund policies do not cover failure to deliver the assignments due to a delay in response to queries by writers on your side. We recommend providing all necessary details vital for the project while placing orders to avoid such situations.

Refund Disbursement Process

We provide all refunds by using the PayPal wallet. Once your request for the cancellation and circumstances abide by our refund policies, you can expect the money within seven working days.
