Food Trends mood board
For this assignment you are asked to create a mood/picture board by researching current food and cuisine trends. This should also identify your target market and final product concept/idea. Pictures should be used to show the research you have done along which should be fully references. A transcript needs to be produced to accompany your mood board so as to show a clear journey from trends research, idea generation through to final concept and target market.
