Instructions / Requirements Using Gibbs’ (1988) Seven Steps for Deeper Reflection Model and Kolb’s Experiential Learning Cycle, write a report of maximum 1500 words in which you reflect on your learning during your Business Professional Skills Module. You should include your reflections on:
Your study skills at the beginning of the module.
Your reading during the module, to include 3 academic references, 3 videos
How your study skills have developed during the module, and how you plan to develop these further.
Your report conclusion should form the basis of your Personal Development Plan (PDP). This should be presented using the PDP template as a separate document and be no more than one side of A4.  You should devise SMART objectives and the necessary actions you plan to take in order to address areas for improvement in your study and research skills.  The plan should show what you will do to meet your objectives, how, by when and with what resources.
The report must be 1500 words (+/- 10%, Arial 10/12, single spacing)
The PDP must be one side of A4 (Arial 10/12, single spacing)
Both parts of this assessment have equal weighting
Any specific instructions:
You must submit your work online via Canvas. Include a title page with your student number, module name and code and Module Leader’s name (not included in the word count). References should be on a separate page at the end of the report, and are not included in the word count.
Remember this is a report and should follow a report format e.g. title page, contents page, the use of headings, sub headings and numbering.
