Section I: Family Tree (25 points)
Describe your family tree back to your great grandparents if possible. You might have to talk to parents, etc. Start with your parents and any aunts and uncles that are blood-related. Discuss any illness that might have affected your upbringing OR might have been passed to you genetically from the above relatives. COMPLETELY discuss your present lifestyle. (Eating habits, activities, exercise habits and frequency of each should be included.) In your discussion, include any of your present illnesses. As you discuss your present lifestyle, you SHOULD refer to your BMI findings and waist-to-hip ratio findings. This section will need at least two 5-sentence paragraphs.
Section III: Lifestyle changes/reinforcements (25 points)
Finally, discuss any lifestyle changes that you need to incorporate so that you will have a long, happy and healthy life, OR, discuss your present lifestyle practices and how they will lead to a long and healthy life. For this section, you’re Family Tree and your findings from Section II should be part of the discussion since they are direct indications as to your future health. This section will need at least two 5-sentence paragraphs.
Sections 4: Conclusion (25 points)
A conclusion is normally not the place to bring up new ideas not discussed in a paper. If you have anything else you would like to talk about please write it in this section before your summarize your conclusion.
