Revolutionary War in early American History

TASK
Students will select a relevant topic regarding the Revolutionary War in early American History. There will be two
components of this culminating essay:
a) Rough draft
b) Final copy (750 words)
Your Essay Should include the following:
● The essay should follow the format of a research based paper taking the position of “what person or event led
to the winning momentum of the revolutionary war?”
● Essay should be approximately 750 words, typed and double spaced
● The essay should include a title page (with 12 font, title, date, student’s name, teacher’s name). No images!!!
● Essay should include bibliography with minimum of THREE sources (encyclopedia, Internet (.edu), primary
source) in proper Chicago format
Note: This paper is informal, therefore you can use “ I” throughout the paper
● essay must be in your own words
