The interviews and potential Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) with experts, key interlocuters and field-based stakeholders will aim to capture local perspectives and flesh out critical gaps in existing conflict analysis and conflict sensitivity. To capture a variety of perspectives to better understand how humanitarian programs interact with local contexts.
3. Mitigation Measures – Through the research and analysis process, to assess existing conflict sensitivity measures, identify any new potential mitigation measures, and make recommendations on what conflict sensitivity indicators to monitor for the humanitarian portfolio.
